Is the Provider Accepting New Patients?
Nevin Arora MD
Sleep Medicine: Yes
Traditional Psychiatry: No
Dr. Arora is currently accepting patients under his primary specialty of sleep medicine. If you are seeking services for a medical sleep disorder (eg, sleep apnea/snoring, restless legs, excessive daytime sleepiness) or a diagnostic sleep study, please complete the New Patient Registration form below.
While Dr. Arora offers limited and selective, traditional psychiatric services (eg, medication management), this portion of his caseload is currently closed. Please see our Referrals page or contact your insurance for referrals to psychiatrists in your network.
Kristen LaMarca PhD, DBSM
Counseling: No
Dr. LaMarca is not currently accepting new patients. This page will be updated when she is accepting new referrals or a waitlist becomes available. Please see our Referrals page or contact your insurance for referrals to psychotherapists in your network.
Sleep Study for Active Duty Military & VA Patients
If you are active duty military or a VA patient with a Tricare referral for an in-lab sleep study, please contact the sleep lab directly to schedule your appointment.
Once your sleep study is completed, the lab will coordinate your follow-up consultation with Dr. Arora for diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
How to Become a Patient
STEPS TO REGISTER ONLINE​

Submit the form below. Within 1-2 business days, our staff will email you instructions to create an account with our online portal, Patient Ally, so you can complete the intake paperwork. If we are unable to proceed with your application, we will contact you by phone.

Complete and submit the intake paperwork through the portal. Your forms are located in the 'Documents' tab. (If for some reason you have trouble with the portal, you may alternatively complete the intake paperwork on our website.)

Once we receive your intake forms, we will verify your insurance within 1-2 business days. Then we will contact you by phone to schedule your first appointment, discuss insurance benefits, and answer any questions.

If you have not received an email to create an account with Patient Ally within 1-2 business days, check your voicemail in case we have called you about a problem with your application. Also, check the junk folder of your inbox for an email from the address noreply@patientally.com, or call (760) 650-2290 ext. 2003 to verify that we have your correct information.​
